What we did: Invested in a brand new sophisticated telephone system
To improve the patient experience we have invested in a telephone system that will more be suited for the purpose. Due to the pandemic situation, the installation got very much delayed from last year but fortunately, it is up and live from 17th Feb 2021.
Whilst our staff are getting used to the new system and we are tweaking the system, we kindly request you bear with us and feed us back with your suggestions to improve the system.
